Process Timeline
Obtain Digital Signature Certificate
The proposed directors must obtain a valid DSC, required for filing the registration forms online.
Apply for Director Identification Number
If the proposed directors do not have a DIN, they must apply for it with the MCA.
Name Approval for the Company
Choose a unique name for the company, which is compliant with MCA naming guidelines. Submit the name for approval to the Registrar of Companies (RoC) through the RUN (Reserve Unique Name) application.
Prepare and Submit Documents
Draft and submit the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), which outline the company’s purpose and internal rules.
Incorporation Filing
File the incorporation documents with the RoC for approval, including the signed MOA, AOA, and other required forms.
Obtain Certificate of Incorporation
Once the RoC verifies the documents, a Certificate of Incorporation is issued, making your company officially registered.
Apply for PAN and TAN
After receiving the Certificate of Incorporation, apply for a Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN).
Open a Bank Account
Open a corporate bank account in the name of the company using the Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, and other company documents.
Start Operations
Once all registration formalities are completed, the company is ready to commence operations.
