Filing Incorporation Form
File the FiLLiP (Form for Incorporation of LLP) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), including details of partners and registered office.
Draft and File LLP Agreement
Prepare the LLP Agreement specifying rights, duties, and profit-sharing ratio, and file it within 30 days of incorporation.
Certificate of Incorporation
Upon approval, receive the Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), confirming the establishment of the LLP.
Apply for PAN and TAN
Obtain PAN and TAN for the LLP from the Income Tax Department.
